2. Core Privacy Principles
Vivere is designed with data minimization as a core principle. Wherever possible, personal content is processed locally on your device. The app is built to make time and moment data useful without unnecessary sharing.
3. Data Categories in the App
Depending on usage, the app may process time-progress information, personal moment entries, optional content metadata and technical diagnostics. The actual data processed depends on the features you use.
4. Permissions
Some features may require system permissions (for example photo access). These permissions are optional and used only for the related feature. Without permission, that feature remains limited.
5. In-App Purchases (Apple)
If you use in-app purchases, payments are processed exclusively by Apple. We do not receive full payment data such as card numbers or bank account details. To unlock and restore purchases, Vivere may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, purchase status, transaction time and technical receipt data.
Refunds and subscription management are handled through Apple. Apple processes apply for refund requests (for example via \"Report a Problem\").
6. Storage and Retention
Content is primarily stored locally. If optional sync or backup features are available, they are used only after activation. Data is retained only as long as needed for the relevant feature or until you remove it.
7. Analytics, Crash Diagnostics and Third Parties
Vivere does not use advertising profiles. If analytics or crash-reporting tools are introduced in the future, this will be done with a strict necessity and minimization approach. This notice will be updated transparently before or when such changes become active.
8. Data Sharing
Personal data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is shared only when technically required, legally required or necessary to deliver a specific service.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss and manipulation. This includes access controls and secure transport mechanisms where data transfer occurs.
10. Consent, Permissions and Deletion
You can revoke granted app permissions at any time in iOS settings. Content inside Vivere can be removed directly in the app. If you need support with full deletion, contact vivere@knieses.ch.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Requests: vivere@knieses.ch.
12. Updates to This Notice
This Vivere privacy notice is updated when features, legal requirements or technical processes change. The version published on this page is the currently valid version.
