Vivere EULA

1. Scope

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the Vivere iOS app between you and Knieses (Swen Knies and Leon Knies). By installing or using Vivere, you agree to these terms.

2. Relationship to Apple EULA

If Vivere is downloaded from the Apple App Store, mandatory terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply. In case of conflict, mandatory Apple provisions prevail. Apple standard EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

3. License Grant

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Vivere on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to App Store usage rules.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use Vivere only in a lawful manner. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized manipulation, abusive automated access, or use that harms operations, security or third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Content, Data and Privacy

You are responsible for the content you enter. Privacy details, data categories, storage behavior and contact channels are described in the Vivere privacy notice: Vivere Privacy.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Digital content or features in Vivere may be offered as in-app purchases. Purchase, billing and refunds are processed through Apple. Knieses does not receive full payment details (for example credit card data), but only purchase-related information required for entitlement, restore and support.

If subscription products are offered, renewals and cancellation handling follow Apple rules and are managed via the user's Apple account. Pricing, duration and regional conditions are shown in the App Store.

7. Updates and Availability

Vivere may be updated, modified, or partially changed over time. Continuous availability of every individual feature is not guaranteed. Security and stability updates may be required for continued use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Vivere is provided "as is". No warranty is given that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Knieses is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or loss of profit is excluded where legally permissible.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if these terms are materially violated. You may stop using Vivere at any time by uninstalling the app.
